Basic Requirements
- Valid passport (at least 6 months validity from arrival date, 2 blank pages)
- Confirmed Indian visa, eVisa, or valid OCI card
- Confirmed flight arrival date
- Address in India where you will be staying (hotel name, city, state, district)
- Working email address
- Contact phone number (any country)
Passport Requirements
- Valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date
- At least 2 blank pages for stamps
- Not reported as lost or stolen
Visa / Entry Document Requirements
The e-Arrival Card does not replace your visa. You must have one of:
- Indian tourist eVisa, business eVisa, or medical eVisa
- Regular (paper/sticker) Indian visa
- OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card

Indian Address Requirement
You must provide a specific physical address in India where you will be staying:
- Full address (hotel name and street, or host’s address)
- State (e.g. Delhi, Maharashtra, Goa)
- District (e.g. South Delhi, Pune, North Goa)
If travelling to multiple cities, enter your first night’s accommodation. You can submit a new form if plans change.
Timing Requirements
The e-Arrival Card window opens 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled arrival. You cannot submit earlier. See processing times for timing guidance.

Do I need my flight number?
The form asks for your arrival date, not specifically your flight number. Ensure your arrival date matches your ticket exactly.
What if my hotel hasn’t confirmed yet?
Enter your intended hotel’s address. Submit a new e-Arrival Card if accommodation changes before departure.
What passport validity is required?
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival in India with at least 2 blank pages.
